Restorative Justice Training, Coaching, and Consulting

RJNLE Mission Statement:
Working through the lens of connection, we train and coach law enforcement (LE) agencies (and their professional affiliates) to use restorative justice standards internally in their organization and externally with the community to bring restorative opportunities to all people who work for and encounter law enforcement.
Restorative opportunities may include:
-
Your supervisor calls you into the office due to poor performance, the conversation and accountability will be restorative.
-
You design or attend a training, it will be facilitated restoratively.
-
A person on your caseload is in violation of their court orders, your conversation will be restorative.
-
A critical incident occurs in your agency, you have circles of support available for staff.

The VISION of RJNLE:
Law enforcement agencies (and their professional affiliates) we have worked with will have an organizational culture in which healing happens because of a restorative approach to business practices.
